As more people choose to live celibately, themes like euthanasia, solitary deaths, and the anxieties surrounding old age and the end of life have become frequent topics of reflection and discussion. As a celibate myself, I resonate with these concerns, which inspired me to create this picture book. Through a series of fantasy stories, I explore the possible experiences of celibates confronting the reality of mortality. The narrative follows the main character over the course of a week, capturing their actions and shifting emotions as they navigate this delicate subject.
